Fullscript’s purpose — helping people get better — is core to everything we do. We’ve created a virtual dispensing solution that supports practitioners as they support millions of patients across North America with the industry’s best supplements. That said, our purpose extends well beyond our platform. Helping people get better is at the core of our business decisions and how we treat our #fullscriptfam.

By joining us, you stand with our purpose. You are an independent thinker, who likes to leave things better than you found them. You do things not because they are easy but because they are right. Ready to make an impact?

Fullscript is currently seeking a User Experience Researcher to help us design and build better products and experiences for our practitioners and patients using a variety of research methods. We want employees to challenge ideas, engage in technological debates, and to do the best work of their careers. If you share our values, we’d be excited to talk with you!

The UX Researcher will be working with the product & engineering teams to facilitate an understanding of the user experience. We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about holding teams accountable to research insights, using a UX framework to identify outcomes, and sharing relevant insights to shape product decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Articulating research questions and projects across various teams and using a variety of research methods to address those questions
  • Work collaboratively within the product ecosystem to help shape the product roadmap by surfacing and advocating user needs
  • Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and product marketing to design, implement, and assist in defining metrics of success for various product features
  • Prioritizing research needs and delegating insights gathering to team members in order to maximize the impact
  • Disseminating and communicating research findings to primary stakeholders
  • Identifying and communicating key findings to the wider company with the purpose of helping to solve higher-level company problems
  • Helping to evolve the research operations at Fullscript by advising and implementing tooling, process, and best practices

What you bring to the table

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, research, user experience, or a related field
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in user experience or product research
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all stages of a research/discovery project (research design, launch and management, analysis, presenting results, applying the insights).
  • Experience using and developing customer journey maps, customer personas and/or segmentation.
  • Experience with common UX research methodologies such as surveys, usability testing, semi- and structured interviews, card sorting, prototype testing, and focus groups
  • Ability to conduct appropriate qualitative and quantitative analyses on data sets and have a working knowledge of key statistical concepts
  • Experience working with product teams on product development and integrating research into the E2E product process, as well as defining metrics of success
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to business/non-technical users
  • Please provide a link to a portfolio or attach examples of past research

Bonus if you have
